About the event
With COVID at large and cases on the rise, this Month’s Science Ka Adda is a dedicated awareness video; join us as we recount the experiences of patients, and doctors at the front lines. The Second Wave is not a title or a number on the screen, but a glaring promise of an altered reality, if not curbed.
She’s overseen various departments at the isolation center and now works as a medical officer in high dependency unit (HDU) and intensive care unit (ICU), she’s also been a part of the training program which includes training medical and paramedical staff to better equip them with scenarios they may face in a Covid unit.
Graduated in the Digital Media Program at the Center for Excellence in Journalism in IBA Karachi, Ms. Laiba Zainab has worked as a reporter with different Pakistani media outlets and is currently associated with a digital platform, Sujag, as Production Editor. In addition to her reporting, she has produced videos on transgender rights, sexual harassment, feminism, and politics.
Farjad Mehdi is an Electrical Engineer from Habib University. I have been working as a Project Engineer at WAH Solar.
Sidra is a freelance journalist, peace activist, working for survivors of domestic violence.
